A few Tips for Playing Blackjack

Rule number one when playing blackjack is to keep a straight face. Whether you see yourself winning or you see yourself losing, a real pro keeps their composure.

Rule number two, only gamble what you can afford to gamble. Don't ever gamble money that's destined for something else ( i.e. rent, etc.) This way if you lose you don't need to feel guilty.

Rule number three, don't drink and play. Blackjack is a game of skill and you need to have a sharp mind to play so make sure you start drinking alcohol after you're finished playing.

Rule number four, the dealer is your main concern. Don't really spend your time bothering with other peoples cards; the game is with the dealer so that's who you have to worry about.

Rule number five, if you are feeling unsure of yourself or your game try a free game of blackjack to warm up before you start the real wagering.

Rule number six, trust your gut. If you feel a hit is the best play, don't be afraid to do it.

Rule number seven, have a limit for yourself. Plan ahead how much to lose before you stop.

Rule number eight, think positive, it attracts good energy.

Rule number nine, try betting according to what you see. If you see the small cards keep rolling out, keep the bets small. Once you start seeing the bigger cards, you can increase your bet on account of better odds.
